We will be showing fabulous new pieces of furniture, lighting and jewellery at the Art Deco Fair at Eltham Palace on 12 and 13 May.
This year Art Deco is set to continue its meteoric rise in popularity, with F. Scott Fitzgerald’s novel of 1925 ‘The Great Gatsby’ coming to the big screen in December. Starring Leonardo DiCaprio as Jay Gatsby and Carey Mulligan as Daisy Buchanan, it is directed by Baz Luhrmann.

We are delighted to announce that we have recently purchased The Arts & Crafts Home website. The site has an international following and is currently being redesigned and restocked to sell fine quality furniture, fabrics, wallpaper, carpets, rugs, lighting and mirrors of current manufacture.
Beautiful, custom-printed wallpapers from the historic specialist wallpaper manufacturer Cole and Son will be online in the next few weeks, featuring designs by luminaries such as the Houses of Parliament designs by Augustus Welby Pugin, the iconic Arts & Crafts designer C.F.A. Voysey and the 1950s artists Edward Bawden and Eric Ravilious.
There are many rare designs in the archives that can be coloured and printed to your own specifications. Please let us know what you are seeking and we will arrange for samples to be sent to you.

The lead singer of pop band Westlife, flew in from Ireland especially to visit Warlingham last week.
The Surrey fan joined friends at the launch of Parkview House, part of an exclusive, gated development by Vedere Properties in Littlewold Drive.
He fell in love with the mix of contemporary and period style in the show home, which has been furnished with original Art Deco furniture by The Design Gallery of Westerham.
Shane – who owns a property development company in Ireland with his eldest brother Finbarr – admired the Hercule Poirot-style cloudback lounge suite and an impressive Art Deco desk. “I love unusual furniture with great detailing. High quality pieces are important to me,” he said.
“It’s my family that makes a house a home,” Shane continued. “This house has an amazing kitchen, which is big enough for our three kids to be in, a great layout and wonderful light. I like the programmable acoustics system too!”.
The Littlewold development of three luxury homes is set in an unrivalled position high on the North Downs, offers panoramic, south-facing views across unspoilt countryside and Woldingham Golf Course. Parkview House is on the market at £2.3 million.
